Seaworld
Florida (also known as Seaworld Orlando) first opened in 1973 after the
success of its sister parks, SWC and SWO. It is located next to Disney
world and is one of the most popular Seaworlds there is. If you ask
anyone have you been to
seaworld,
they would say they have been to the SWF park
and many are not aware of the other two; SWC and SWT. It is one of the
smallest and overcrowded parks of the SW chain but the
most successful in breeding; there is currently three calves. The First
orcas to enter SWF were in 1975, when Ramu and Sandy were
transferred from SWC in June 1975. Since then, there has been 30 orcas
kept in SWF. 8 which are alive, 8 that has died and 15 births in total.
